Please understand that when not enough notice is given, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We understand that emergencies and such can happen and we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. We respectfully require 12 hours cancellation notice. Less than 12 hours WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 50% OF YOUR BOOKED SERVICE. NO SHOWS/NO CALLS WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the reserved service amount. FIRST TIME CLIENTS: IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME WITH US, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY PHONE AT WHICH TIME WE WILL COLLECT $50 BY CREDIT CARD TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION.
