We respectfully require 12 hours cancellation notice. Less than 12 hours WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 50% OF YOUR BOOKED SERVICE. NO SHOWS/NO CALLS WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the reserved service amount. FIRST TIME CLIENTS: IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME WITH US, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY PHONE AT WHICH TIME WE WILL COLLECT $50 BY CREDIT CARD TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION.
